In order to further improve students' comprehensive quality,expand international horizons,and comprehensively improve the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation in the school,the School of Mathematics organized a three-day academic exchange visit for the 2020-level students in the strong foundation class from July 10th to 12th. This study visit was led by the dean Wen Huanyao,the vice dean Li Bing,and teachers Deng Letian and Sha Hongxia.Through lectures,reports,and interactive exchanges,the students visited two world-renowned universities,the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the City University of Hong Kong. They learned about Hong Kong's higher education system,student enrollment and academic frontier trends.

Under the warm reception of relevant department teachers in both universities, the students carefully listened to presentations and wonderful reports from experts and scholars, and conducted good interactive exchanges. After the exchange, they visited the campus and school exhibition hall, felt the cultural heritage and connotation of the school, and organized a visit to the Hong Kong Museum of History.

This Hong Kong university exchange study activity effectively broadened the international vision of the students, allowing them to understand the international cutting-edge academic progress, and to have a deeper understanding of their own future development direction and scientific research ideals. In the future, the College will further open up its thinking and ways to explore more high-quality long-term and short-term exchange learning programs for the majority of students. At the same time, the college will also help improve students' comprehensive abilities and enhance the college's teaching level.
