On the morning of November 18th, the leadership team of the School of Foreign Languages organized a seminar on helping teachers and students to grow and develop. The seminar summarized the experience and measures of the group in practical activities, explored the typical experience in practical activities, made rules and regulations, and improved the quality and efficiency of practical activities. The college reported the overall development of the practice activity Do practical things for teachers and students. College thoroughly studies and applies President Xi Jinping’s thoughts about party history learning and the importance of education and in-depth studies to carry out the history of the party school education general deployment and the general requirements. The party history study summarizes the construction experience with education, focuses on the actual development, promotes career progress together, takes advantage of the strengths of leading group in attempt to solve the most immediate and practical problems of the greatest concern to teachers and students, covering not only the people's livelihood, but also the personal growth of teachers and students. The purpose of this seminar is to sort out and deepen the specific practices and work results of the previous practice activities, put forward a long-term construction mechanism, and try to promote the establishment of rules and regulations on typical experience.
At the meeting, the team members respectively reported on the development of party members of the faculty, the cultivation of teachers in the Teaching and Research Office of the International Communication of Chinese excellent Culture, the improvement of teachers' teaching ability, the improvement of teachers' scientific research ability, the cultivation of the achievements of the research team of the Indian Island Country Research Center, the improvement of students' employment quality and other supporting schemes.

He points out teachers and students under the support of our school leading group acquire a national curriculum for primary subject doctoral education represented by a large number of landmark achievements by perseverance and hard work, such as promoting teaching model revolution, which reflects precious qualities and dedication spirit of Chinese, encouraging people a lot, and shows the remarkable achievements of party history study education. He stressed that based on the present and future, we should continue to maintain high-quality development from a high starting point, sharpen the characteristics of the school and improve the level of education. Party's sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee plotting an action plan for the future development, the college should deeply combining with general secretary of the important speech and the important indicator spirit, further implement the spirit of the session, with the building of doctoral gripper, docking national major strategic and regional economic and social development needs. We should continue to strengthen the party leading, the direction, firmly grasp the moral education, external publicity, ideology and other key areas, promote the sustainable and healthy development of the college, draw a new blueprint. He thought that the college ought to summarize good experiences and typical cases and report them to the school as advanced examples of party history study and education, so as to strengthen publicity and to be a role model.
