At the meeting, the party and government leaders of the college respectively gave speeches of Being a good teachers of four virtues who consciously cultivate lofty teacher morality, the College's Experience in Building Teachers' Morality, the Matching Of Virtue and Ability, Putting Ethics First--Integrating the Construction of Teachers' Ethics and Teachers' Style into the Connotative Development of the College, and interpreting the Ten Guidelines for the Professional Behavior of Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the New Era. The meeting stressed that it is necessary to conscientiously study, comprehend and implement the spirit of the important instructions of good teachers of four virtues , four guides and four unifications put forward by President Xi Jinping to the majority of teachers, as well as the overall requirements of the school on supporting and guiding teachers to become a teacher who can shape the character, conduct, and taste of students and building a new pattern of teacher team construction, further unify thinking, improve understanding, and effectively implement the construction of teacher ethics and teacher style into the fundamental task of morality education, implement it in specific work, continuously strengthen professional capacity building, and give full play to the spirit of dedication.
