On May 5th, the senior students from School of Foreign Languages came back from the 107th Vhina Export Commodities Fair. Most of them major in English for Technology, while some of them major in Japanese. They successfully completed their internship which lasted for 25 days.
The exhibitors who came to this fair are less than those of the last one. Thus it was much easier for the students to do their work. The attending seniors were separated into four groups. The first one is the E-Commerce Centre, which offers the service of getting online, printing and sending faxes. The second one is the Information Desk, which provides the information-searching service. Meanwhile, they offered the service of trade matching which could help buyers to find the suitable sellers. The third one is responsible for the work of complaints reception. The fourth group’s job is to promote the service of Canton Fair Online and try to persuade the exhibitors to be a member of Canton Fair Online. It has to be mentioned that the students broke the record of successful trade and outstandingly completed the task.
During the period of the internship, the students worked hard and most of the buyers were satisfied with their services. From this experience, they had their eyes opened and their ability improved. They have learnt a lot which would be beneficial to their career. (by Yueting Tan)
