On July 11, a delegation led by Vice Deputy Director of SASEA, and expert of UNESCO YI Siping, Deputy Director General of Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province Lao Zhihong, and Associate Counsel of Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of Guangdong Province visited SCUT.
