In order to encourage the majority of students and graduate students to actively participate in innovation and practice activities, actively create a good atmosphere for participating in innovation activities in the School, continuously improve the students' innovation awareness, innovation ability and entrepreneurial spirit, and improve the students' social practice ability and enhance their competitiveness in job selection, the School and Guangzhou Hualv Technology Co., Ltd. jointly set up Guangzhou Hualv Technology Innovation Scholarship in our School through friendly negotiation. The relevant matters of this year's activities are notified as follows:

1、 Requirements of scholarship application

Full time undergraduate and graduate students with excellent character and learning ability (mainly freshmen, sophomores and juniors, and master's students in grades 1 and 2 who are registered in the national plan and are currently studying, fresh graduates who participate in this project shall not be the project leader).

1. Have good ideological and moral quality, be honest and trustworthy, abide by discipline and law, love the country and the University;

2. Have correct learning attitude and good academic performance;

3. Applicants with strong innovation spirit and ability, and outstanding representative scientific research or innovation achievements are preferred;

4. It is encouraged to form teams across majors and schools, but the person in charge must be the student in the School of Environment and Energy.

The scholarship application forms include environmental protection practice, environmental protection scientific research, environmental protection research, etc. The project must be independently created by the participating team. In principle, the project of the tutor shall not be used. The application for the project of the tutor can only win the third prize at most.

2、 Selection methods and procedures

Application: student or graduate student shall submit the Application for Guangzhou Hualv Science and Technology Innovation Scholarship (in electronic and paper versions.

Preliminary review: an evaluation team composed of teachers from the School and relevant experts of the company will conduct a preliminary review according to the application submitted by students and determine the list of recommendations.

Final review: the review committee (Party A, Party B, or a third-party expert invited by Party A) will jointly defend the recommended list determined in the preliminary review, and determine the final award-winning list considering the participation and excellence of students.

3、 Scholarship application and selection time:

Application time: May 10 to May 26, 2022. Students who are interested in applying for Hualv Science and Technology Innovation Scholarship shall submit the application (see the attachment file). The paper version must be signed by the instructor, otherwise they are invalid). If it expires, it will not be accepted.

4、 Scholarship granting standard:

First prize: one person will be rewarded every year, and the reward amount is 8000 yuan per person;

Second prize: 3 persons will be awarded each year, with the amount of RMB 5000 per person;

Third prize: 5 persons will be awarded each year, with the amount of RMB 1000 per person;

Excellence Award: 15 people will be awarded each year, with an amount of 800 yuan per person.
