In order to strengthen the college office, experimental areas, personnel, and protect the normal order of teaching and research, property and personal safety of faculty members, the college set up has set up an access control system, which is managed as follows.
1. Access control system management area.
The main management area of the College access control system includes
(1) office building area (Block A): the college gate, office building side door, college offices, teachers' studios and conference rooms.
(2) laboratory building area (Block B): the main door of the laboratory building, the east and west side doors of the laboratory building, the college teaching, research platform and the research laboratories
2. The grant objects of access control system
Authorization is granted to all active faculty and staff, enrolled students, temporary employment and cooperation personnel.
(1) Active faculty and staff (including post-docs) are subject to the university personnel system.
(2) Students enrolled in the university's academic affairs system.
(3) Temporary employment and cooperative staff are based on the list filed in the college; all temporary employment and cooperative staff are required to be sponsored by the college staff on record.
3. The access control system rights management
The authority of the access control system of the college is subject to Hierarchical Authorization and unified management.
The specific person in charge is authorized by the joint meeting of the party and government of the college.
Teachers' studios are uniformly authorized by the college to teachers.
The teaching platform of the college, the scientific research platform of the college and the scientific research laboratories are authorized by the person in charge after providing the list of users and being approved by the college.
4. Cancellation of access control authority
Authorized personnel will have their rights canceled in the following cases
(1) Active faculty members who have left or retired (including post-doctoral students leaving the station).
(2) Doctoral students, master's students and undergraduates graduate.
(3) Violation of the South China University of Technology Laboratory Technical Safety Management and/or the College of Environment and Energy Laboratory Safety Management and Accountability Rules.
(4) temporary employment, cooperation personnel if the record expired.
(5) violation of other relevant regulations of the University and the College.

These measures are in effect at the date of publication.
The right of final interpretation belongs to the joint party and government meeting of the college.
