In order to promote the exchange among excellent students in various universities and select excellent students to continue their further study in our School, our School held the first National Excellent College Students Summer Camp from July 17 to 19, 2016.

44 excellent college students from major universities across the country were selected from nearly 200 applicants for this summer camp. They carried out learning, exchange and visit activities under the leadership of college teachers and volunteers.

The three-day schedule is compact, organized and combines work and rest. It aims to let the campers understand the scientific research level, learning atmosphere and living environment of the School. At 19 pm on July 17, the opening ceremony was held at b4-215. Professor Ye Daiqi, dean of the School, delivered a speech and introduced the overall discipline development of the School.

After the opening ceremony, the person in charge of each specialty of the School introduced the specialty in detail. At 9:00 a.m. on July 18, lectures on various disciplines were held, and the campers participated in the selection interview of the School in the afternoon. In the evening, the campers experienced a new quality development activity.

On the morning of July 19, the laboratory teacher led the students to visit the scientific research platform of the School and the site of Huangpu Military Academy. At two o'clock in the afternoon, the School held a simple and grand ceremony of awarding excellent camper certificates and closing ceremony.

The three-day summer camp has come to a successful end. This summer camp has well promoted the exchanges between excellent college students in various colleges and universities. We believe that through this activity, more and more excellent students can be attracted to our School for further study.
