In order to implement the requirements of strict governance, strengthen the construction of the student union organization team, and improve the work quality and professional ability of the staff of the student union organization at both the school and college levels, on the evening of November 15, 2023, the Student Union of the School of Electronics and Information Technology held an autumn training meeting for all staff of the Student Union in the conference room of the Student Union in the North Third Dormitory of Wushan Campus.

The content of this autumn training mainly consists of four sections: department docking, reimbursement training, tweet training, and ideological guidance. At the same time, based on the situation of the Student Union of the School of Electronics and Information Technology, the training content will be expanded in the consolidation and reform and ability improvement sections to consolidate the training effect.            

After the department change, in order to quickly familiarize each department for future work, we set up a department docking session as the first agenda of the training meeting. At this stage, members of each department first introduced themselves, and then department representatives were responsible for reporting the results of the work handover. The content mainly included the coordination with the school meeting, the departmental management system, and the main tasks for the next semester.

he reporting of past work, the current situation of the department, and the clarification of future tasks have provided members of each department with a clearer direction, and the student union will move towards a more excellent and comprehensive direction.            

Due to the fact that department heads have recently taken over the affairs of their respective departments, they are not yet clear enough on the relevant matters of reimbursement. Therefore, Chairman Lai Lijing has provided specialized training on reimbursement related matters to help everyone better understand and master the reimbursement process, standardize the details of the reimbursement process, improve reimbursement efficiency, ensure reimbursement quality, reduce errors and omissions, and enhance the financial management level of the student union.

In the past year's work, various departments have encountered some work details issues in the application and production of tweets. Therefore, Chairman Wang Kaiyue, who is in charge of the publicity department, provided training on the production of tweets and emphasized some issues related to work standards.            

From the details of standardized tweets, we can see the student union's work attitude of striving for excellence and meticulous attention to detail. This meticulous work attitude can not only improve work efficiency and quality, but also strengthen cooperation between departments and better serve students.

In order to learn and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, the training will focus on the important content of Xi Jinping's Outline for Learning Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in the "Ideological Guidance" section, and organize the staff of the Student Union to watch videos together, review the golden sentences of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, guide students to learn deeply, understand carefully, and think about the truth.
