To actively respond to the demand made by Ministry of Education to visit enterprises and continuously broaden the employment channels for graduates of our school, on the afternoon of June 17, 2022, Jun Zhou, Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee,led a team to visit Guangzhou Victel Technology Co., LTD., and had in-depth exchanges with the company's Chairman Jinghai Xu and General Manager Xiang Gao on graduate employment and recruitment, scientific research cooperation and other aspects.Jiyuan Chu, project director of Guangzhou Victel Technology Co., LTD., and Yang Liu, Xinghua Huang, counselors of our college were present.

At the beginning of the symposium, Jinghai Xu introduced the development history, product business, business philosophy and market expansion of the enterprise.He pointed out that the enterprise faced a large talent gap in industrial upgrading, especially the shortage of high-end compound talents. He hoped to recruit talents through school-enterprise cooperation to achieve steady development.

Next, Jun Zhou introduced the general situation of the college and disciplines, the quality of talent training, the faculty and resources, the level of scientific research, and the social services and contributions. Then, two parties exchanged detailed views on the employment and recruitment issues of 2022 and 2023 graduates of our college,and agreed that both sides should further deepen cooperation, maintain communication, accelerate the in-depth integration of two sides in student employment, research projects, internship practice and other fields, and achieve win-win and common development.
