Introduction

Kuiwei Geng obtained his BSc from Central South University, P. R. China in 1995, and PHD from Tsinghua University, P. R. China in 2007, respectively. He received his post-doctoral training at South China University of Technology. He is now an Associate Professor& Master Supervisor of South China University of Technology, key member of Guangdong R&D Center of optoelectronic engineering technology. His research interests span across electron devices integrating functional materials and low-dimensional materials, Nano-electronics devices, the 3rd generation semiconductor devices, light emitting diode, solar cell and micro/nano-sensor systems.

2008.10~2009.09 as a technology correspondent stationed enterprises in guangdong province. Participated in a 100MW solar-cell plant project, Director of Photovoltaic Technology Center of Jieyang Zocen Group Co., LTD

Constructed the solar cell production line and guided the production process, solar cell production line went into operation in May 2008, sc-Si solar cell efficiency above 17.5%.

  

2002.09~2007.01 MSE department of Tsinghua University received a PH. D degree in engineering. Participated in the research works of 3 NSFC(Natural Science Foundation of China) project.

4 years research work in Key Laboratory of Advanced Materials of Ministry of Education, Collaborating laboratories of national center for nanoscience and technology. Familiar with thin film preparation and characterization methods of microstructures especially the fine analysis of the relationship between structure and properties of materials, a series of academic papers published.
