The past decades have witnessed the school's establishing teaching and scientific research cooperation with University of Maryland, National University of Singapore, Polytechnic Institute of New York University, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the University of Adelaide. The forms of cooperation include the following:
 Select students to foreign universities to study in "1+2+1" mode, which they could get both diplomas by the two universities (has been carried out 3 years).
 Recommend excellent undergraduates to get PhD abroad (has been carried out 3 years).
 Provide opportunities for students to study abroad.
 Teacher's visiting with other world-famous universities, exchange of graduates, teaching material cooperation, sharing teaching methods and Scientific research cooperation.
