About：

Prof. Patrick Chavannes,Born in 1953, an architect since 1981, and a winner of PAN XII, Patrick Chavannes established his own office in 1982 upon receiving his first commission from the RIVP for the design of 80 apartments in the Rue des Prairies in Paris’ 20th arrondissement. In 1989 and 1990 he was awarded the Palmarès de l’Habitat by the City of Paris for his Rue des Prairies housing and his combined housing and artists’ studios in the Rue de Bagnolet. Patrick Chavannes teaches at the Brittany Architecture School and was an advisor to the Ministry of Public Facilities until 2001.
