DU Rujian got his BA from the Department of Building Engineering at Sun Yat-Sen University in 1939. His research has focused on landscape architecture at scenic area, parks and tourist spots in China. He is co-author of “Landscape Architecture Design”. “Building 1 of South China Institute of Technology” is one of his architectural masterpieces.
