个人简介

1994.9-1998.7 本科毕业于南昌大学生物工程专业;

1999.9-2002.7 硕士毕业于山东大学生物化学与分子生物学专业;

2007.9-2010.7 博士毕业于华南理工大学食品质量与安全专业;

2010.8-2013.7 任华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院讲师;

2013.8-至今   任华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院副研究员;

2016.3-2017.3获国家留学基金委资助到美国佐治亚大学做访问学者。

主要从事食品质量与安全、食品安全与检测方向的研究和教学工作。已主持国家级项目1项,省部级项目8项,厅局级1项,教育部中央高校科研业务费专项3项、主持企业横向项目2项;参与国家级项目3项,省部级项目3项, 企业横向项目4项。在国内外核心期刊上已发表论文46篇,其中第一作者(通讯作者)文章共35篇,被SCI收录15篇,EI收录6篇;已申请发明专利37项,其中已获授权19项(第一发明人15项);完成国家质检系统行业标准3项; 科研项目获奖5项。
