个人简介

1983年获湖南师范大学数学学士学位,1990年获中山大学生物学硕士学位,1993年获中山大学生物学博士学位。毕业后留中山大学食品工程研究中心工作。1998-2003年先后在香港大学、加拿大University of BritishColumbiaUniversity of Manitoba、美国University of California, Los Angeles做博士后研究;2003-2005年作为香港政府海外优秀人才引进计划获得者,在香港大学任研究助理教授。2005年加入华南理工大学任教授。具有优秀的多学科背景, 主要从事天然产物分离,生物酶解,食品营养学, 蛋白质组学与纳米技术的研究,重点研究生物活性蛋白/多肽与多糖。1996年以来共发表SCI收录论文>80. 2005年加入华南理工大学以来, 共发表SCI论文>50, 平均影响因子>3,其中第一区>10篇,6篇影响因子>7,最高影响因子>10,共引用>500. 主编英文专著1(美国Landes Bioscience出版),参编英文专著3. 授权发明专利6项,申请发明专利10项。与美国,加拿大,英国,澳大利亚,香港等有学术交流。现担任多个国际杂志的编委(Editorial Board Member):《Oceanic Journal ofBiochemistry and Plant Physiology》,《Global Journal ofBiochemistry,World Journal ofBiochemistry,World Journal ofClinical Oncology, Journal ofClinical Diagnostic Tests,Non-CaloricMethods for Weight Loss, Journalof Tumor,Research Journal ofEndocrinology and Metabolism, American Journal of Food and Nutrition》。
