Zhao Mengchen is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Software, South China University of Technology. He is also a core member of the Key Laboratory of Big Data and Intelligent Robotics under the Ministry of Education, a member of the CCF Natural Language Processing Special Committee, Big Data Special Committee, Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition Special Committee, and Executive Committee of the Multi-Agent Systems Study Group. He received his bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University in 2014 and his doctoral degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2019, under the supervision of Professor Ambika Prasad, Dean of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Director of the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Nanyang Technological University. From 2019 to 2024, he served as a researcher at Tencent and Huawei Noah's Ark Lab successively. For many years, he has been engaged in research and industrial applications related to reinforcement learning, agents and multi-agent systems, and large models. He has published more than 30 papers in top international artificial intelligence conferences and journals, including ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, AAAI, IJCAI, CVPR, WWW, WSDM, IEEE TCYB, and IEEE TNNLS. He has long served as a domain chair and reviewer for multiple top artificial intelligence conferences and journals. He has presided over projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Fund), Guangdong Provincial Basic and Applied Basic Research General Project, and Guangdong Provincial Key R&D Program Topics. He has won awards such as the Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award of the School of Computer Science at Nanyang Technological University, Champion of the Microsoft Malmo Collaborative AI Challenge, and Champion of the IEEE Cog Fighting AI Challenge.

We welcome undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students who are interested in reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, large model Agents, and their applications to join our research group. Our research group has abundant internship and international exchange resources.
