Wu Qiuxia

Wu Qiuxia, is a female Ph.D., associate researcher and master's tutor. She has been engaged in computer vision research, presided over and participated in more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial level projects and published nearly 20 papers in SCI/EI in major international journals and conferences. Her main research areas include video content retrieval, biometric recognition, biomedical image processing, intelligent algorithms and intelligent software.

She is a member of IEEE and secretary of IEEE SMC Guangzhou Chapter. She served as member and secretary general of the second and third sessions of the Complex Systems and Control Symposium in 2015 and 2016 and served as reviewers for IEEE Trans. MM, IEEE Trans. SMC, Neurocomputing, IET IMAGE PROCESSING, IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING LETTERS and many other international journals.
