
Liu Fei is a doctor of engineering,a Germany doctor of natural science, a Professor and a PhD Tutor. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a major in control science and engineering in 2006, worked at the Control and Simulation Center of Harbin Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2017, studied and worked at the Computer Science Department of the Brandenburg University of Technology in Germany from 2009 to 2012 and worked as a JSPS scholar at the Computer Science Department of Yamaguchi University in Japan from 2015 to 2016. He has long been engaged in research in modeling and simulation, Petri net, machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc. He has undertaken many scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the German Ministry of Education and Research and has published more than 50 papers.
