In the afternoon of 10, Dec, 2015, the Department of Mechanical, the National Mechanical Basic Teaching Experiment Center and other 5 colleges and laboratories were inaugurated. All our school leaders, stuffs and students attended the activities.

Over the past 50 year’s development, our school has 8 academic institutes and research centers, including 66 full professors and 107 associate professors. In addition, our school employs and supports a number of full-time researchers, such as post-doctoral fellows, visiting scientists and exchange scholars. Our school has a well-qualified administrative and supporting staff team. They play an important role in maintaining the excellent operation of the School.

Currently our school is not only a well reputed center for high level research, but also an important high education base in the south China region for high quality education and training in the fields of mechanical and automotive engineering.
