On 7th, November, Safety Engineering Degree Authorization self-assessment meeting was held in NO. 19 Building. The assessment team leader is Prof. Si Hao from Chongqing University, and the team members including Professor Liang Dong from Central South University, Prof. Liang Dong from Sun Ya-Sen University, Prof. Gao Sanyuan from Safety production technology research center in Guangdong Province, and Prof. Wang Xinhua from Guangzhou special electromechanical equipment Inspection Institute. Prof. Zhang Qinyuan, Executive Deputy Dean of Graduate School, Prof. Zhang Xianmin, Dean of SMAE, Ms. Chen Xiaoping, Director of Graduate Degree Office of Graduate School, Ms. Xiang Zhinan, Deputy Director of the Graduate School Training Office, Prof. Chen Weiping, Prof. Peng Xiangfang, Prof. Chen Guohua attended the meeting.
At the meeting, on behalf of SCUT, Prof. Zhang Qinyuan gave an welcoming speech. Prof. Chen Guohua on behalf of the Safety engineering degree authorization made a self-assessment report. The Assessment Panel also reviewed the relevant information, and held a forum with the graduate students and teacher representatives.
