Reliability Engineer（可靠性工程师）
The role:
The reliability engineer will be responsible for:
· Create reliability test plans including resource allocations, validation schedule assumptions, and validation items scope.
· Implement specific validation items in reliability test plans with schedule. Flexible adjustment should bemade based on issue occurring and debugging.
· Report reliability execution progress and issues, and track the issues from creation to closure.
· Drive on Design FMEA in the early engineering stage, and debugging, failure analysis, DOEs and fixing issues discovered during testing.
Basic Qualifications:
· Master's degree or above in mechanical engineering，electrical engineering or related fields.
· Good understanding of the principles and basic structures of measuring instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
· Good technical problem-solving skills and experience with basic failure analysis techniques.
