To attend of the Assembly UEC life : Mission & Process / Objectives, performance and efficiency / Standards / Treatment of the problems and risks / skills / Animation. Under the responsibility of the UEC Manager. 在UEC经理的管理下参与UEC活动，包括：任务和流程；目标、绩效和成果；标准；处理问题和风险；技能；组织协调。

To apply the confidentiality rules of the Project and to ensure the application by the GD&T Assembly team. To be applied to data storage and transfer, mock-up, e-mail. 执行项目保密条例并确保GD&T总装小组保密条例的执行。条例应用于：数据的储存及传输；模型；电子邮件

1.      To identify main quality issue in relationship with GD&T Welding Team and our R&D partner for the Equipment parts in order to treate them. All those solutions or Lesson& learn need to be integrate into UEC standard and shared with our Partners PSA & CCAG. 和GD&T焊接小组及R&D伙伴一起发现设备零件的主要质量问题，并处理它们。所有这些解决问题的方法和经验反馈需要加入UEC标准并与PSA，CCAG分享。

2.      To analyse the IQA & IQF defects (Aspect & Functional Quality Indicator) of the defined perimeter. 在规定范围内分析IQA，IQF缺陷（外观功能质量指标）成果。

3.      To ensure the tryout of the Assembly fixtures 确保总装检具的调试

To get standard and guideline, to store them with order on the CAPSA server.获取标准及指导方针并储存在CAPSA的服务器上。

To attend the progress plan of the Assembly UEC, ensure the improvement of the UEC maturity参与总装UEC的进度计划，确保UEC的进步。

1.      To list and share with the GD&T Assembly UEC team the hard points. In order to confirm the priority of Assembly analysis and action plans. 与总装UEC成员一起列出难点， 为了确定总装分析和行动计划的优先项。

2.      Attend to a UEC weekly meeting to review UEC improvements and general information参与UEC周会，回顾UEC进展和基本信息

Attend to the different level of Technical review with the GD&T Project members与GD&T项目成员参与不同级别的技术回顾

1.      Ensure a good process to collect and make lesson & Learn (observation on the workshop…).制定一个好的流程来进行经验反馈（车间…）

2.      Share the lesson & learn with UEC members and partners. 与合作伙伴和UEC成员分享经验反馈。

3.      Ensure the Lesson& learn are taken in account  into specification / Guideline / Check list/Process. 确保经验反馈在技术规范、指导方针、检查清单、流程里得到体现

To attend of the Metrology Section : Mission & Process / Objectives, performance and efficiency / Standards / Treatment of the problems and risks / skills / Animation. Under the responsibility of the Metrology Supervisor. Confidentiality 保密

To apply the confidentiality rules of the Project. To be applied to data storage and transfer, mock-up, e-mail.

1.      To create and develop the metrology procedure in order to reach the A109000 certification for the metrology laboratory.

2.      To ensure the quality of the measurement for every customers = Geometrical report fast and clear

3.      To apply strictly the Metrology procedure and be active in the Metrology team to develop the Metrology skills in CAPSA

To attend the progress plan of the Metrology Section of GD&T, ensure the improvement of the UEC maturity参与焊接UEC的进度计划，确保UEC的进步。

1.      To list and share with the Metrology Team’s members the hard points. To alert GD&T Metrology Supervisor as soon as possible in order to launch action plan.

2.      Attend to a UEC weekly meeting to review UEC improvements and general information参与UEC周会，回顾UEC进展和基本信息

Attend to the different level of Technical review with the GD&T Metrology pool

1.      To check the Metrology demand and confirm the feasibility

2.      To create the program with CATIA V5 and Metrolog II

3.      To animate the validation of the checking range (by virtual simulation and also physical simulation)

4.      To audit and check the 3D supports and realize the acceptance

5.      To put the 3D checking program on the Automatic CMM and qualify the range

6.      To realize the investigation requested by our customer with adapted CMM (portable or automatic)

7.      To animate the investigation demand file : make a daily report to confirm the availability of our Metrology center

8.      To deliver the geometrical report on time for every investigation

9.      To work accordingly to the A109000 iso norma (Classification of the Metrology laboratory).

10. Lesson& learn are taken into account  on the specification / Guideline / Check list/Process.

2.      To lead the CTF conformity (Product & Process Characteristic) in the welding defined perimeter. 领导焊接定义范围内的CTF符合性（产品和工艺特征）

3.      To apply the GD&T welding methods and Standards to try out a welding jigs. 应用GD&T焊接方法和标准来调试焊接夹具。

4.      Ensure all the Retex has been taken in account for the next Project in development. 保证所有的经验反馈都会在下一个项目中得到体现。
