Service Engineer – Power & Water Solutions                                            2

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1.  Analyse and solve engineering problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively complex digital, analog, and hybrid control systems, sub-systems, and/or specific control equipment at customer locations.

2.  Assist, as part of an engineering team, in carrying out engineering assignments involving technology outside of normal area of expertise.

3.  Direct efforts of customer personal engaged in: installation of control system, subsystems, equipment or their routine modification/repair.

4.  Provide direct engineering advisory assistance the customer, and liaison within the company, on issues dealing with the equipment or related matters.

5.  Perform a variety of related functions such as: site instruction of customer personnel; writing and modifying maintenance procedures; quality control tests and/or product evaluation; provide complete and timely reports on all activities with emphasis on defining problems encountered, services rendered, and customer reaction to supplied product and services.

6.  Receive and investigate customer complaints. Resolve and/or recommend solutions to these complains.

7.  Log customer's phone calls in database and track for the call closing.

8.  Develop and maintain good customer relations.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

1.  Master degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Automation (Power Station), Centralized Control Operation.

2.  Strong communication, interpersonal and planning / priority management skills.

3.  Strong command in both spoken and written English.
