On May 24th, the inaugural Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Doctoral Workshop on Journalism and Communication was successfully held at the School of Journalism and Communication, South China University of Technology. Lan Manyu, Deputy Director of the Social Sciences Department of South China University of Technology, the leadership team of the School of Journalism and Communication, and doctoral students from numerous universities in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao participated in the workshop.  

It is reported that this academic workshop strengthened exchanges and cooperation among universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in academic research and talent cultivation in the field of journalism and communication. This workshop showcased the professional insights and unique perspectives of the new academic force, brought about intellectual exchange and vitality, and provided broader space and possibilities for the future development of journalism and communication.
