The 74th ICA Annual Conference, organized by the International Communication Association, will be held in June 2024 in Australia. The ICA is an international academic association with more than 5,000 members from over 80 countries and regions. Its annual international conference is one of the premier academic events in the field of communication studies.

International communication is one of the main development areas of our school. In 2022, we co-established the Greater Bay Area Institute of International Communication with China International Communications Group (CICG) and the Municipal Publicity Department. Our school leverages the institute to advance international education and exchange, deepening research in international communication, and producing a series of outstanding academic achievements. 

For this year’s ICA conference, our faculty actively submitted their work, with five high-quality papers being accepted for the main conference. The five authors have been invited to deliver presentations during the event. The accepted papers are as follows:
