The main expression is the face of the fourth single wave, the question from the young people's perspective to parents: Does the child choose to be single at the age of marriage, and become guilty in the eyes of the parents? What are the underlying reasons for parents’ forced marriage and their children’s singles? Through layer-by-layer data analysis, they tried to seek reconciliation between two generations on marital issues, and then gave corresponding suggestions for solving the problem.

The 2015 undergraduate students Wen Xiuyan, Xu Yiyin and Wen Yuzhuo's work The Good Birds Choose Wood, Talents Choose City: The Second-tier City That Is Most Suitable for Your Development is ingeniously conceived, with the urgent concern of college graduates - the choice of employment city The entry point, taking the employment migration story of Peking University graduate Xiao Hu as a clue, selects 14 mainstream second-tier cities and analyzes the talent attractiveness of these second-tier cities in terms of cost of living, wages, economic base, well-known enterprises and environment. Through data visualization, college graduates can intuitively understand which second-tier cities are more suitable for employment and life, and provide reasonable advice for their choice.

It is understood that data journalism is one of the core core courses of Communication and Communication (network and new media direction) of the School of Journalism and Communication, representing the future direction of media education. The competition was hosted by the School of Journalism and Communication of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the School of Journalism and Communication of South China University of Technology was one of the co-sponsors. Since the launch of the contest on April 30, more than 360 teams have signed up and nearly 1,500 people have participated. The contestants include industry institutions and more than 70 colleges and universities such as Peking University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and eventually received more than 340 works.
