Yang Wei, female, is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Journalism and Communication, South China University of Technology, and a senior visiting scholar at Rutgers University, USA.
Research Directions
1. Theoretical and practical research on the development of cultural and creative industries from a global perspective, and collaborative research with the industry on the brand building of cultural and creative industrial parks.
2. Research on new media communication models and new media industries.
3. New media and social development.
