Zhang Buzhong

  

Zhang Buzhong, male, from Dongtai, Jiangsu Province, holds a PhD in Film and Television Criticism from the Department of Literature and Art at Nanjing Normal University. His main research areas include film and television communication, film and television planning and screenwriting, television program directing, documentaries, public service advertisements, and micro-video creation.

He has published 66 academic papers, including several in CSSCI journals such as Modern Communication, Contemporary Cinema, China Television, Editorial Friend, and Art Hundred Schools. One of his papers was reprinted in full by Journal of Journalism and Communication, a publication of Renmin University of China .

1. In 2009, directed "The Forgotten Life," which was nominated for Best Documentary at the 6th Hawaii International Film Festival and won the second prize in the 4th "Kexun Cup" National Normal University Students' HD and DV Works Competition.


2. In 2010 , directed "Taipei, I Love You," which won the Best Director Award in the Amateur Group at the 17th Beijing College Student Film Festival and the Second Prize at the 5th "Kexun Cup" National Normal University Students' HD and DV Works Competition.


3. In 2015, directed"Dad, I Miss You", which won the first prize in the selection of outstanding works for online propaganda and ideological education in colleges and universities nationwide.


4. In 2014 , directed "My Youth, My Village," which won the first prize in the 5th Guangzhou Municipal Party Member Education Television Program Review.


5. In 2015 , directedthe film "Police Volunteer Li Guilin," which won the first prize in the 6th Guangzhou Municipal Party Member Education Television Film Review.

7. In 2017, directedthe program "Going Home", which won the first prize in the video category of the university student group of the 2017 Guangdong Provincial Radio and Television Excellent Public Service Advertisement Procurement Project.


8. In 2018, directedthe film "Life Is Not a Play," which won first prize in the inaugural Guangdong Youth Original Excellent 4K Micro-Video and Public Service Advertisement Competition. The film "Trial Meeting," which he directed, won first prize in the micro-film category at the 8th China University Television Awards.

In 2019 , directed the production of " The Dangerous Uninvited Guest in Mala Tang: Food Safety Issues Can No Longer Be Tolerated " which won the first prize in the news category of the 9th China University Television Awards; " The Interest Chain Behind the Paper " which won the first prize in the feature category of the 9th China University Television Awards; and " Justice Will Come " which won the first prize in the micro-film category of the 9th China University Television Awards.


10. In 2019 , guided the creation of "Small Bag, Big Care," which won the National Silver Award at the National College Student Advertising Art Festival.


11. In 2020 , guided the creation of "A Guide to Surviving After Drinking," which won the Best Communication Award and the National Special Prize at the National College Student Advertising Art Festival.
