At 5 p.m. on Sep.16, General Assembly of 5th Student Union and 3rd Youth League Committee was held in B9404, south campus. LU Yanqi, chairman of Youth League Committee,YAN Dong, vice president of Youth League Committee, CHEN Weiqiang and five new committee men were present at the meeting. LU Cheng, the new president of Student Union, presided over this meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, committee men were unanimous in their support of HE Zhizhaobeing the additional member of Youth League Committee and Student Union. Then, YAN Dong declared the new appointment arrangement of the committee members of Youth League Committee and Student Union: appointing LU Chengren Chairman of Student Union, LIU Yuan and CHEN Yinxin vice presidents of Youth League Committee, GUO Weifeng and WU Bin vice presidents of Student Union, and 25 other committeemen secretary or undersecretary in 9 departments of Youth League Committee and Student Union. Teachers presented said that committee was selected to accelerate the development of Youth League Committe and Student Union. There was a hope that also a challenge for the committee, who were inspired to pitch in and be responsbile in the following years. 

The new term shall open a new chapter. The future of School of Journalism and Communication will be bright only of the students and staff are of one mind.
