Three SBA faculty members win MOE award in Humanities and Social Sciences

On December 10, the Ministry of Education announce the 8th list of winners of Award for Outstanding Achievement in Higher Education Science Research - Humanities and Social Sciences. SBA faculty members Prof. Zhang Weiguo, Prof. Niu Baozhuang and Prof. Zhou Wenhui won respectively two second place awards in the categories of monograph and paper and one youth achievement award with their excellent research contribution. These award-winning results are representative achievements of our school’s research in philosophy and social sciences with important academic influences and extensive social impact.

Introduction to the MOE Outstanding Achievement Award in Higher Education Science Research:

The Ministry of Education's Outstanding Achievement Award in Higher Education Science Research - Humanities and Social Sciences is currently the highest national award in the field of philosophy and social science research in China. It is selected every three years. This year, the award categories include monograph and paper, consulting service report, popular reading material and youth achievement. It is reported that a total of 1,539 achievements were awarded this year, including 1,241 of monographs and papers, 77 of consulting service reports, 20 of popular reading materials, and 201 of youth achievements.
