On November 7th, 2015, a seminar jointly had been organized bythe Department ofPoliticalTheory Teachingof GuangxiNormal University, Research Center for Philosophyof Science and Technology of South China University of Technology, entitled “Innovation and Ecological Civilizationminiseminar”, was successfully heldin officeof Guangxi NationalTeachersCollege.The meeting was chairedby thedirectorHuaqing, from NationalitiesPolitical TheoryTeachingDepartment of GuangxiNormal University .
Party secretary of the Marxist South China University did a speech at the meeting. He told participants briefly the basic situationof South China University of Technology and School of Marxism. He stressed that this seminar would promote academic exchange and communication. Vice president of our school, director of science and technology philosophy researchcenter, Wu Guolin, expounded the significance of holding this seminar, detailing the outstanding achievements of our school philosophy.
Meeting had a lively discussion,, in the form of round-table discussions, on “innovation and ecological civilization”, “Technical Ecology and Marx” and other issues. Professor Wu Guolin had a speech entitled “What technology is”;professor Li Sanhu, Guangzhou Administration Institute, made a reportentitled “Independent Innovation”. Dr.Li Junliang, Ideological Department of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities,at view of phenomenologicaltechnologyanalyzedthe doctor-patient problem.
The meeting in a friendly and warm atmosphere achieved expected academic results. Director Tang from Ideological Department of Guangxi Normal University expressed fervent hope that they want more opportunity to communicate and exchange with us.
