Wenyao Liang's CV
Wenyao Liang: Male, supervisor of Ph.D and master. He obtained his Bachelor degree in 2005 and Ph.D degree in Optics in 2010 from Sun Yat-sen University, China. He is a Professor of Physics and Optoelectronics School at South China University of Technology since 2020. He visited Iowa State University/Ames Lab as a visitor Scholar from 2016 to 2017. His current research activities focus on Topological Photonics and artificial electromagnetic materials including Photonic Crystals and Optical Metamaterials: one-way transmission, fabrication of micro- & nano- structures, anomalous transmission properties in Photonic Crystals, and optoelectronic device design. He has published more than 40 articles in many professional journals such as Nanophotonics, Physical Review B, Photonics Research, Optics Letters, Optics Express, Journal of Physics D, and Journal of Optics.
