Cardiac dynamics and arrthythmias.
Introduction of our work:
In the physical point of view, arrhythmias stem from the complex dynamics of excitable or oscillatory reaction-diffusion system. Our major research focuses on the pattern dynamics of cardiac system, so as to understand the arrhythmogenic mechanisms in different scales. The subjects include: frequency modulation of sinoatrial node, arrhythmic mechanisms of various cardiovascular diseases, mathematical modeling of populations of multi-scale cardiac electrophysiology, evaluating drug cardiotoxicity, etc. Computational neural science is another research field of our group. We do researches in such as network inference, pattern formation in neural network, and so on.
