谢弘超
二维量子材料及器件衍生的新奇物态表征与调控。

个人简介

谢弘超,教授,博士生导师。长期致力于二维量子材料及器件衍生的新奇物态表征与调控研究,主要研究方向为:(1二维磁性及其在纳机电系统的应用;(2二维莫尔超晶格与器件系统;(3二维转角多层体系的关联电子物态。在二维自旋、谷赝自旋激子的样品制备、物态表征及调控方面取得系列创新成果。已发表SCI论文10余篇,包括Nature Physics, Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Nano Letters, ACS Nano等期刊;研究成果被Nature Physics, Nature Reviews Materials等学术期刊选为亮点研究,并被Phys.orgNanowerk等科技媒体广泛报道;多次受邀在国内外知名高校及领域内国际会议作特邀报告;获国家优秀自费留学生奖学金,入选广东省科协青年科技人才培育计划;目前主持国家自然科学基金,广州市科技局基础研究等项目。
