研究概述
近年来熊梦华课题组主要从事膜成孔活性生物材料的设计开发,及其在肿瘤免疫治疗、mRNA疫苗、抗菌等方面的研究。具体研究方向如下:
(1)发展了可靶向识别细菌特异性脂质的螺旋结构抗菌聚肽,阐明螺旋结构在脂质识别中的作用机制;
(2)发展了pH超敏溶瘤纳米去垢剂,实现0.1 pH尺度下膜裂解活性开关的可控激活。
科研成果
近年来,以通讯/第一作者在Nat. Nanotechnol.、PNAS、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、JACS、ACS. Nano等国际著名杂志发表30余篇,申请专利20余项,其中PCT专利5项;主持海外高层次引进人才青年项目、国家重点研发项目课题、基金委面上项目等。
