研究方向
主要从事纳米药物递送进行免疫治疗领域的研究,在构建纳米载体递送核酸药物进行DC等免疫细胞的功能干预,尤其是构建治疗性肿瘤疫苗方面具有良好的积累,取得了一系列成果。针对核酸药物体内递送的障碍,通过对纳米颗粒表面特性的调控,筛选出针对多种不同免疫细胞最优的纳米载体,递送包括siRNA、CRISPR-Cas9等核酸药物进行免疫细胞功能调控。取得了一系列成果。
科研成果
共以第一作者或者通讯作者在Nature Communications, ACS Nano, Advanced Healthcare Materials 等重要学术期刊发表SCI 论文16篇。申请中国发明专利6项。主持国家自然科学青年基金、广东省自然科学基金面上、广州市应用基础研究计划项目等项目,作为研究骨干参与国家重点研发项目4项。
