研究概述
研究方向:生物医用高分子材料;靶向纳米载体;生物大分子递送
针对临床疾病对新型治疗手段的迫切需求和药物递送的关键难题,利用材料学、合成生物学、纳米技术等领域的前沿方法,设计靶向纳米载体进行生物大分子药物的精准递送,在体内特异性、高效性地调控细胞功能,用于肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、遗传性疾病等的治疗。
科研成果
共发表SCI论文60余篇,其中以通讯作者或者第一作者在Nature Communications、Cell Biomaterials、Science Bulletin、ACS Nano、Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Letters、Nano Today、Small、Biomaterials等杂志发表SCI论文30余篇;申请发明专利17项(已授权5项);主持基金委优青、面上、广东省杰青等项目,参与国家重点研发计划、广州市重点研发计划等项目;获2021年度广东省自然科学一等奖。
