研究概述

  研究方向:生物医用高分子材料;药物递送载体;基因编辑;基因治疗。针对临床疾病对新型治疗手段的迫切需求和药物递送的关键难题,将纳米递送载体技术与CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术、分子生物学和细胞生物学技术相结合,设计纳米药物在体内特异性、高效性地调控靶细胞功能,用于肿瘤、炎症性疾病和自身免疫性疾病等的治疗研究。

科研成果

  共发表SCI论文48篇,论文总引用次数大于3800次;以第一作者或者通讯作者在Nature CommunicationsScience BulletinNano TodayNano LettersACS NanoSmallBiomaterialsAdvanced Drug Delivery Reviews等杂志发表SCI论文25篇,三篇入选ESI高被引论文;授权发明专利4项。主持广东省自然科学基金杰出青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金等多个项目。
