研究概述

围绕生物大分子药物与免疫工程前沿,聚焦抗体、细胞因子、核酸等生物大分子的递送与功能重构,开展材料科学、生命科学与医学深度交叉研究。近年来重点发展通用型、可编程的抗体固定与组装平台,构建双/多特异性纳米抗体体系,探索其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的新作用机制与应用潜力。同时,结合抗体工程与免疫细胞工程化技术,开展CAR-TCAR-巨噬细胞等新型免疫细胞治疗策略研究,拓展其在肿瘤及免疫相关疾病中的应用。

科研成果

近年来,在Nature Biomedical EngineeringNature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsNano Today等国际知名学术期刊共发表论文50余篇,总被引5000余次,其中以一作或通讯作者发表的论文30篇。申请中国发明专利、美国发明专利、PCT专利共17项,已授权8项;参与撰写2部著作的章节。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金(B类)[优青”]、广东省自然科学基金杰出青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目(3项)、青年科学基金项目及博士后创新人才支持计划等,作为核心骨干参与国家重点研发计划、广州市重点领域研发计划等项目。
