研究概述
主要研究兴趣包括药物载体与递送、肿瘤免疫治疗等,是材料学、生命科学和医学等多学科交叉的方向。近年来,致力于构建和优化通用型、特异性抗体固定平台,用于发展双/多特异性纳米抗体,以期为肿瘤免疫治疗提供新策略、新技术和新产品。
科研成果
近年来,在Nat. Commun.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Nano Lett.等国际知名SCI期刊发表学术论文30余篇,他引1200余次,H-index为21,其中第一/共第一作者及共通讯作者论文13篇(IF > 10论文8篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,单篇最高他引168次)。申请中国发明专利3项,PCT国际发明专利2项,参与撰写1部著作的章节。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金以及博士后创新人才支持计划等,作为骨干成员参与了科技部国家重点研发计划等项目。ACS Nano、Biomaterials、J. Controlled Release等杂志特邀审稿人。
