个人简介

   徐金旭,获得悉尼科技大学和华南理工大学双博士学位,曾在澳门大学从事科研工作。主要研究方向为:射频电路、微波与毫米波芯片与系统。担任IET Circuits, Devices & Systems期刊副编辑。发表SCI/EI论文60余篇,其中第一/通讯作者IEEE Trans论文17篇;获中国发明专利授权15项,美国专利授权3项;获得中国电子学会优秀博士学位论文;获得2020年度广东省技术发明一等奖、2021年广东省电子信息行业科技进步一等奖、2020年粤港澳大湾区高价值专利培育布局大赛金奖;获得2016先进材料与工艺国际微波会议(IEEE MTT-S IMWS-AMP 2019年国际微波毫米波会议(ICMMT论文奖 

       Jin-Xu Xu received a Dual-Doctoral degree from University of Technology Sydney and South China University of Technology. He has been engaged in scientific research at the University of Macau.  His current research interests include RF circuits, microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits and systems. He is an associate editor of the IET Circuits, Devices & Systems. He has authored/co-authored more than 60 internationally referred journal/conference articles among which 17 papers are published as the first/corresponding author in IEEE Trans journals. He is a co-inventor of 15 granted Chinese patents and 3 granted U.S. patents. He received the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Chinese Institute of Electronics, the First Prize of the 2020 Guangdong Provincial Technological Invention Award, the First Prize of the 2021 Scientific and Technological Progress of Guangdong Provincial Electronic Information Industry, and the Gold Prize of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area High-value Patent Cultivation Layout Competition. He was a recipient of the Best Student Paper Awards presented at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Workshop Series on Advanced Materials and Processes for RF and THz Applications (IMWS-AMP) in 2016 and the International Conference on Microwave and Millimeter Wave Technology in 2019.
