个人简历
周长见,2012年清华大学电子科学与技术专业获得博士学位,先后在香港科技大学、香港理工大学从事科研工作。主要研究方向为: (1) 面向未来通信(5G通信,卫星通信)的射频前端系统和关键电子元件;(2) 集成化智能传感器;(3)压电声学电子器件;(4)低维材料电子器件。在高频声学电子器件、互连通孔和低维材料电子器件等研究方向,实现了一些具有国际领先性能的代表性微电子器件。在AFM, Nanoscale, IEEE EDL, APL, Nanotechnology和IEDM等著名学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文70余篇,论文总引用1000余次,其中在新型柔性高频谐振器的研究工作被IOP选为“IOP Select”论文。 IEEE高级会员(Senior Member),中国微米纳米技术学会高级会员。担任“加拿大魁北克自然基金”,“香港RGC”和“中国自然科学基金”等项目的同行评议人。
Zhou Changjian received his PH.D. degree from Tsinghua University in 2012, and then worked at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include: (1) RF front-end module and key electronic devices for future wireless communication systems (5G, satellite communication system); (2) Integrated smart sensors; (3) Piezoelectric acoustic electron devices; (4) Low-dimensional electron devices. He has published more than 70 papers in Advanced Functional materials, Nanoscale, IEEE EDL, and IEDM etc., and received more than 1000 citations. His work on novel flexible resonators was selected as “IOP Select” paper. He is an IEEE Senior member, and served as reviewers for Hong Kong RGC, NSFC, etc.
