The lecture

Dr.Wang Zhe is the Senior Editor in the journal Nature Cell Biology. He has rich experience in editing, contributing and reviewing articles. From the perspective of an editor, Dr. Wang explains 4 points in detail in the report: 1) the types and fields of papers mainly included in the journal Nature Cell Biology; 2) composition of magazine articles and how to write them; 3) specific process of submission and effective communication between authors and editors on submission matters; 4) scientific presentation of data in the paper and preservation of original data. About the speaker:

Dr. Zhe wang received his doctorate from Purdue University in 2013. He worked with Harm HogenEsch to study SHARPIN's role in inflammation and its association with autoimmune diseases. Dr Wang then joined Patrick Hwu's laboratory at the Anderson cancer centre,to study the host resistance to cancer immunological therapy. Dr. Wang used to be the scientific editor of The Journal of Experimental Medicine and now serves as The Senior Editor in Nature Cell Biology.
