On the afternoon of February 14th, Chinese academician and academy of engineering of Tianjin University President Zhong Denghua with other 6 people, visit the South China University of technology and discussing on research and exchange of relevant work of Medical College construction. Academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and the South China University of Technology President Wang Yingjun, meet with the guests at the Shaw humanities Museum and hold a forum, vice president of the schoolZhu Min, Party committee member Tao Shaojing, development and planning office, academic affairs, Graduate School of medicine, Department of personnel and related responsible persons attending the meeting.

Zhong Denghua says at the meeting, Medical College in the South China University of Technology , its establishment time is short, but the development is fast, with fierce momentum, medicine combining engineering mode deserving being studied. Wang Yingjun introduces the cooperation model, the management system and the operating mechanism of the South China University of Technology School of Medicine, jointly establishing by the school and Guangdong General Hospital. She says that medical school fully combines the rich medical resources of provincial doctors and the technical support of discipline advantage, engineering and interdisciplinary, and the future development will be greatly accelerated.
