报告摘要：
在此报告中，我将介绍我们新成立的先进材料研究所及研究所的科研状况。主要介绍碳和氮化碳多孔材料的制备(软模板和硬模板方法)以及其在能源 （电池，太阳能，催化，超级电容器）， 环境（CO2 捕捉及转换，传感器，污染物的清除，特别是PFOS，PFOA的处理），生物应用包括靶向送药和生物传感器中的应用。此外，二维材料的掺杂理论和实验研究也将进行介绍。此外我还将介绍我们新成立的材料科学与工程研究生课程及可能的相关合作。


Biography : Dr Jiabao Yi received his PhD from Department of Materials Science and Engineering, National University of Singapore in 2008. He then joined as a Queen Elizabeth II fellow in University of New South Wales in 2011. In 2018, he moved to University of Newcastle. He is currently a Future Fellow/Associate professor in School of Engineering, Global Innovative Center for Advanced Nanomaterials. Dr. Yi has published more than 130 SCI articles, which receive over 6000 citations. Dr Yi received several prestigious awards, including Lee Kuan Yew postdoctoral fellowship, Queen Elizabeth II fellowship, and Future Fellowship. His current research interest focuses on the magnetic materials, oxide electronics, diluted magnetic semiconductors, and 2D materials.
