time: 2026-05-21

To support the research development of young faculty and improve the quality of applications for the National Social Science Fund projects, on the noon of April 23, the School of Law hosted its first Academic Luncheon and the 2026 National Social Science Fund Project Application Guidance Session in Meeting Room 202, North Hall. Young faculties attended the event. Vice Deans Xie Huijia and Xu Shu, along with Professor Hu Ming, delivered Thematic Presentation and provided targeted one-on-one guidance on proposal writing.

During the luncheon, the three teachers combined their review experience and application practices to systematically explain key aspects such as topic selection, argumentation logic, innovation point refinement, and standard proposal writing. They interpreted policy guidelines and review priorities, focusing on sharing practical methods for topic refinement and research framework construction. Subsequently, the experts engaged in one-on-one exchanges with young teachers, reviewing application materials individually, specifically pointing out issues, and offering revision suggestions to help improve the application plans.

This activity built an exchange platform in a relaxed and pragmatic manner, strengthening research guidance and effectively enhancing young teachers’ application capabilities and the quality of their proposal materials. The School will continue to hold Academic Luncheons and provide routine research support and project guidance, promote the development of faculty team and the output of high-level research achievements, and advance the high-quality development of the legal disciplines.
