Recently, SouthChina University of Technology conducted the selection process for the 2023SCUT “Faculty Teaching Honor System” Awards. Three faculty members from the School of Law—Professor Zhang Jicheng,Professor Huang Zhongshun, and Professor Hu Henan—were recognized with this prestigious honor for theiroutstanding contributions to legal education.

Since the university fullylaunched the selection of the Faculty Teaching Honor System awards,the Law School has responded actively. We have further implemented andstrengthened the construction of the faculty team, committed to cultivating agroup of Four-Have good teachers with lofty ideals and beliefs,moral integrity, solid professional knowledge, and benevolence, so as toimprove the quality of legal talent training. Looking ahead, the Law Schoolwill continue to further promote teaching reforms, constantly improve teaching quality,strengthen the education of teachers' ethics and conduct, and promote theall-round development of teachers in teaching, scientific research and socialservices. We will keep cultivating a large number of high-quality legal talentswith both moral integrity and professional competence, and strive for theuniversity's accelerated advancement into the world's top 100 universities.
