Recently, paper of Professor Hu Ming Functional Regulation of Scientific Research Contracts was published in the 9th issue of Chinese Social Sciences in 2020. This article is a periodic achievement of Prof. Hu Ming hosting the key project of National Social Science Fund Research on legal Guarantee of Comprehensively Implementing Budget Performance Management (19AFX006) and participated in the key research project of philosophy and Social Science of the Ministry of Education as the sub-project leader Legal Issues on Deepening the Reform of Scientific Research Funds Management System and Mechanism (19JZD018).

 Social Sciences in China  is a comprehensive social science journal sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. It mainly publishes the latest and most important academic research results in the field of humanities and social sciences in China, and is regarded as the highest-level journal of comprehensive humanities and social sciences in China.
