On the evening of May 11, “the Function of Basic law of HongKong’s three dimensions and its logical clue” &”Constitutional space for reform- -On the function of constitutional law ” was held successfully by law school at B9 101.

It is our pleasure to invite 2 Constitutional experts—Professor Zhangxiang from Renmin University of China Law School as well as Professor Yaoguojian from China University of Political Science and Law Law School as main speakers. vice-dean Xiazhenglin, Professor Wuiaqing, associate professor Liuhanxia, teacher Hongdanna, and associate professor Tusiyi from Guangdong University of Finance and Economics all presented at this lecture., all seats are taken that day.

Professor Wujiaqing’s brief introduction unveiled this lecture’s curtain. First, it’s Professor Yaoguojian’s turn to deliver a report, he pointed out that Basic law of HongKong is one part of China constitution regime, we cannot divid them out. Professor Yao explored the complexity, various Cognitive focus between mainland and HongKong, as well as function’s stretching force. He emphasize on the importance of Constitutional interpretation work, and put forward his own understanding on the direction of the constitutional reform in the future and the problems that should be paid attention to.
