“An analysis on Sharing Economy from the Perspective of Economy Law : Regulation or Anti-monopoly” was Held Successfully

  On the evening of June 15, 2017, co-director ofILE at PKU ,law professor Dengfeng held this lecture at B9 101 named “an analysis on Sharing economy from the perspective of economy law : regulation or anti-monopoly” towards masters and undergraduates major in law. This lecture was hosted by professor Zhangfuqiang, Gongdejia, the deputy director general of executive board in Guangzhou intermediate people’s court, associated professor Liuhanxia and Yinjiguo, lecturer Yangyuanzhe attend this lecture.

 Professor Dengfeng made a deliberate analysis on the giant challenge bicycle sharing proposed to the regulation of economy law, and had a discussion about the way and the attitude we should have towards this issue on the basis of domestic law, American law and EU law. Professor Dengfeng distinguishes sharing economy from other similar terms and its legal implications through the analysis about whether shared bicycle is the typical example of sharing economy. He said bicycle sharing seems like a simple issue,but in fact is a complicated issue. He tends to feel that anti-monololy are not supposed to be taken due to the consistence of economic activities and other factors. Besides, he raised his original opinion that appropriate price and other factors played an crucial role in regulation. Then, we came into the discussion part, professor Dengfeng answered the questions students raised, we concluded this lecture successfully in a thick learning atmosphere.
