On April 6,under the lead of teacher Huangxudong and Yangzheyuan, Experimental Teaching Center of Law organized almost 40 students to audit at Nansha Court.

Liunan, the presiding judge of civil court received our teachers and students passionately, then introduced court’s general situation, lead students to visit filling hall, mediation room,and anwered students’ confusion. After that, teachers and students audited an case about Motor vehicle traffic accident responsibility dispute heared by Judge Liu.

What students learned from this visit is that they can have a chance to know the real court but not the one only exist in theory, in book. Besides, students have a deep understanding on validity, objectivity, relevancy of evidence.
